See the the Lo Yang is in the shop again, thought that the ship was going to see some  "loving", some buff or change to make it more competitive.

I think the Lo Yang is fine. It has more of a support role with her slow but long range torpedoes, and long-lasting smoke. Hydroacoustics comes in handy for spotting enemy ships in smoke and torpedoes, and a surface detection range of down to 5.8km helps with running away when spotted. You won't be using your guns much unless you're focus-firing, finishing off a low-HP target, or harassing battleships.

Hydro, coupled with RD is silly for DD hunting.

So much has been lost, so much forgotten. So much pain, so much blood. And for what? I wonder. The past tempts us, the present confuses us, and the future frightens us. And our lives slip away, moment by moment, lost in that vast, terrible in-between. But there is still time to seize that one last, fragile moment. To choose something better, to make a difference.  -- Babylon 5

I would like to see about 1200 more damage added to her torpedoes but otherwise she is in a good spot.

Would be interesting if she got the Missouri treatment, but just say no. :)

Added damage to torps would be good.
And an increase in Hydro range equal to better than the German T8.  Considering Lo Yang would be more advanced.

Lo Yang is not better than Z-23 that performs similar role of DD hunter. It's better smoke and better agility just doesn't make up for the loss of torpedo power.

No it doesn't justify it's price tag of $33. If it costs $9.95 I would recommend it.

All it needs is same damage as benson Torps.   Then it would be fine.
