Short, fat battlebote when.

No stats, because posting with purple numbers makes your opinion worthless for some reason.

Your not a super tester, so I am confused as to why you said this, or as to how you believe your name is "LittleWhiteMouse".

Because anyone who pays attention knows this. And you don't have to be rude. I was trying to be helpful. Thanks.

Glad to hear that the ship is good, as it would be a shame if all of the preceding hub-bub was about a sub-par ship. I'm flat broke right now, so I'll be passing on her, but even when I am in a position to spend significant money on the game again, it will probably be cheaper for me just to convert the remaining free XP that I'll need for the Missouri.

With opinions of this ship flip-flopping, I would just like to affirm that Lert and I liked this ship before it was cool.

I wanted her before they lowered the citadel. Now I want her even more hehe. Can't wait for Iowa/Mo/Monty to get the same citadel/armor fixes :)

You and I already love her in her current state.  But she wasn't made any cooler by WG.

We're still waiting for that Modification 0 module of Yubari/Katori or a flat buff on her secondaries range

When that day come and Mikasa starts pulling her own weight and become more popular, in PvP even, then I'll rejoice and be able to say I loved her before she was cool.

Alabama isn't for everyone. It's not an easy ship to love. It has a high skill floor, to the point where I'm not sure I can do her justice. But I really enjoy her and I'll happily try.

Not sure if ya'll saw this little nugget, but it warmed my heart when I read it.  I would expect that when released, games will be flooded with Alabama's and while I was already looking forward to more Bismark food, the idea of  premium BB noobs running around in a T8 ship that has a high skill floor warms my heart even further.  The other issue I see here is the same fate that Texas fell to, only this ship is starting out with that disadvantage and that is MM with T9 and T10 ships.  If this ship is ANYTHING like NC, you only have to look at what normally happens to NC's in games against Yam's and GK's..Zao's and Hinde's..to know how that probably will end.  Given that this will probably debut with a $50.00 plus price tag and ouch..  That's a lot to pay for a routine paddlin'.

It's been buffed on playtest.  The high skill floor is much lower now.

While that takes a little wind out of the T8 seal clubbing idea, it does nothing for the MM problem that seriously took the fun out of Texas game play.   I would guess that 'Bama will be a hoot fighting in her weight class.  Reasonably priced and with some spiffy 'Murica camo like the Tex has(d) and you could take my money now, but what I experienced when Sharns and Genny's started rolling around will keep me away from this one unless something happens to the MM.

How thick is her citadel roof vs North Carolina's? If I'm not mistaken, NC's citadel roof is quite poor, correct?
