"Most people aren't reasonable. Most people don't care about what's reasonable. No one I know is reasonable. I'm not reasonable. Reason is nonsense. People are beliefs, feelings, and emotions, not reason. Accept this and you'll understand people pretty well. Also, beliefs, feelings, and emotions are superior to reason. Why? Because I said so. Well, I decoded the Morse code.  I'll leave it in spoiler tags so that anyone who wants to decode it themselves won't have it spoiled for them.

I'm not getting anything... It goes too quickly and there isn't much distinction between long and short and next character, etc.

There's also a hidden bit of code in the Captain Bad Advice flash animation.  One of the Muzzle Flashes has this in it:

JU5TT

This puts the first two parts as JU5TT-35T1N

Or if you want to translate them:  "Just Testin"  Third part to come.

Trying to decode that Morse code on a train on the way to work is annoying. Glad someone beat me to it. Makes me think how difficult it must have been for people trying to decrypt this during times of war

The other parts of the code don't appear to have been revealed yet, neither have the clues.
